Huge selection of sherbets, sorbets, frozen yogurts & ice cream flavors. Tons of great options & specials & "create your owns". My special request was a yummy drink, raspberry sorbet & soda water.
I came to Yelp just for a phone number to call, and saw the 2 star overall rating. I've been going here for about 20 years and they do not deserve a 2 star rating. The people who come here every year, every week, are not adding their voices to Yelp and I wish they would. I've never had a rude employee. Most are high school or college age and go as fast and efficiently as they can in the face of large or small crowds and fully staffed or understaffed shifts. In my 20 years they've never gotten an order wrong with me, the servings are good, and the ice cream is always delicious. The only thing I could say about this place is when they are understaffed and the crowd is large, it takes a long time to get your order, but... duh! It's not the fault of those who took the shift that they are understaffed and the people are flocking for ice cream. I will never be impatient and rude if this happens. If I really can't wait, I will leave and get over myself.

LIKE CMON hope yall know this is probably the most best amazing Ice cream place ever this is my childhood ice cream place , when I was little I always wanted to go there and buy the ducks but I always forgot my dollar but overall 100/10 love the service EVERYBODY CAN CRY ABOUT THE RATINGS THIS PLACE IS AMAZING
A little surprised by so many negative reviews. I've been going to this shop for YEARS even when it was in its old location where a new (not as good at all) ice cream place is now. The portions are large, ice cream is always delicious, it's an ice cream shop run by teens .. I'm not sure what people expect when it comes to service, but I've never been mistreated by anyone. I don't expect a song and dance when I walk through the door. I tell them what I want, I pay, they make it, I eat it. Voila.
